to all new and existing childcare services in the county. These can
be community or privately based childcare services.
National Programmes
Louth CCC support all early childhood services in Louth to fulfil their contractual obligations under the national childcare programmes in accordance with government objectives.

AIM – Access and Inclusion Model
The Access and Inclusion Model (AIM) is a model of supports designed to ensure that children with disabilities can access the Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) programme.

Quality Provision
LCCC provide ongoing support and mentoring to Early Years Services to enhance quality practice for better outcomes for children. This support is underpinned by National Curriculum Framework: Aistear and the National Quality Framework: Síolta.

Child Protection
LCCC is committed to the full delivery of the National Children First Plan and implementing the Children First National Training Programme for the Early Years Sector. LCCC also answer all your questions about the commencement of the Children First Act 2015.
