This is a briefing for stand alone school age childcare services and registered early learning and care settings that have existing school age services. It will give an overview of the requirements, documents and policies that need to be in place for completion of registration. Please remember that stand alone schoolage childcare services will be registered first and will be afforded a three month grace period up to 18th May 2019 to register. Existing school age services will be afforded a six month grace period but will be expected to register by 18th August 2019. Any new service since 2016 will already be familiar with general registration requirements and documents and policies needed so do not need to attend.
Maximum 2 per service and open only to early learning and care and school age services with a Louth DCYA number.
