DLP Training for Designated Liaison Persons in ELC and SAC Services

The Always Children First: Designated Liaison Person Training is a blended programme and consists of a one-and a-half hour, self-directed eLearning module (Part A), and a three-and-a-half hour facilitated, in-person workshop (Part B) and is appropriate for DLPs, Deputy DLPs and those with management responsibilities for DLPs.

Criteria:

§ All participants should have completed the Tusla Always Children First: Foundation Training

§ The part B workshop presumes prior learning by participants. It is essential that participants have completed the Always Children First DLP eLearning module (Part A) before the in-person workshop date – this should be completed within two weeks of the Part B workshop date.

Certificates of attendance will be issued to participants who have completed the eLearning module (part A) and the face-to-face workshop (part B).
