Communities of Practice Exploring Mindfulness with Early Year Practitioners

This workshop has been developed for Childcare Practitioners working in Early Year’s Settings.

The Facilitator of this workshop is Leesa Flanagan who is a mindfulness, meditation teacher and a holistic counsellor and has been working in the Early Years Sector for over 18 years.

The workshop will look at the impact of Stress and anxiety on educators and provide mindfulness activities to support wellbeing in everyday practice.
