Childcare Networks
Louth County Childcare Committee offers childcare providers their staff and Childminders the opportunity to meet and discuss relevant issues and topics in a safe environment. The Networks provide a forum for information dissemination feedback and discussion for the provider representatives to the board of LCCC.

Networks provide opportunities for childminders to come together to share experiences, learn from one another and offer mutual support. A childminder can often feel isolated, as there are no ‘co-workers’ with whom to discuss and review the challenges and joys of caring for children. Networks facilitate the sharing of experiences as well as providing avenues for informal training and for advice and information from CMAOs. They also provide opportunities for Childminders to identify any additional supports or formal training they would like to see offered.
